A Christmas Carol OST
Everyone can feel the yuletide season now. The air chills us letting us feel the spirit of Christmas more. Gifts shopping here and there. Christmas decorations are set up where the colorful Christmas trees are lit up. The little angels are singing their own versions of Christmas carols. Everywhere we set our eyes and ears upon, the Christmas spirit is very much alive and felt. And that includes the movie screens. Disney’s third involvment in a Christmas themed movie most specifically Christmas carols is shown in theatres this season, A Christmas Carol. Walt Disney’s A Christmas Carol is directed by Robert Zemeckis. The movie’s summary follows. Miser Ebenezer Scrooge is awakened on Christmas Eve by spirits who reveal to him his own miserable existence, what opportunities he wasted in his youth, his current cruelties, and the dire fate that awaits him if he does not change his ways. Scrooge is faced with his own story of growing bitterness and meanness, and must decide what his own future will hold: death or redemption.
Just like any other movie, this one has a Christmas-y feel on its soundtrack. Here’s a complete list of the soundtracks. The soundtracks composes of light and good music talking about the goodness one can feel, get, and share during the Christmas season. It can also give the audience hope for a better prerogative in living.
